ALL AVAILABLE office space at Brewery Wharf, in Leeds city centre, is fully let after property group Rushbond Plc, which owns and manages the mixed use development, signed three new deals and renewed leases with another three thriving Yorkshire businesses within the scheme.
New deals have been signed with the multi-disciplinary building consultancy firm Monaghans which has taken 5,500 sq ft, Calibre Recruitment, which has taken 2,700 sq ft and Great Ideas Group, a marketing agency that has taken 1,300 sq ft.
Existing tenants AHR Architects and engineering firm Buro Happold have also renewed their leases in newly re-sized units and Projex Building Solutions, which has now been at Brewery Wharf for 5 years, has agreed a new deal on 3,100 sq ft of space in order to accommodate its growth.
