Brewery Wharf, Leeds

Brewery Wharf is a pioneering development offering a true mix of uses in a city centre waterside setting. It has established itself, through a variety of phases, to provide a real city living community, alongside the café bars, restaurants, shops, offices, hotel and spa.

The development received wide accolade for its high quality of design and public spaces, collecting awards from the Civic Trust and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as Leeds Architecture Awards for both building and public art.

Each phase has been designed to offer something distinctive working within a defined masterplan, providing variety in architectural styles as well as in accommodation. These qualities have attracted major companies of the likes of AHR Architects, BuroHappold and DLG Architects.

At the heart of the development is the Steeped Vessels sculpture, a stunning addition to the Leeds' public art arena, designed by Ian Randell.

The final major building, One Brewery Wharf, completed the picture and provided four unique office units as a plinth to this iconic landmark building with 152 apartments above.
