Blok Haus

Occupying a strategic location on Leeds’ ring road, Blokhaus has been substantially refurbished in conjunction with Search Laboratory to create their new headquarters building. Representing the largest out of town office transaction in Leeds in 2014, the building extends to some 24,000 sqft and fronts on to the ring road at West Park.

Search Laboratory was established in 2005 and has grown into one of the UK’s leading digital marketing specialists in internet technologies and web site analysis, delivering search engine marketing campaigns to clients in 18 countries worldwide.

This successful collaboration illustrates the benefits of identifying and working closely with the user of the building, to understand fully the requirements of the occupier, and tailor a scheme that maximises the opportunity to their requirements.
