Bootham Green, York

Bootham Green is an impressive development of 39 uniquely designed eco-homes in the urban area of York that has been brought to life in partnership with Advent Developments.

The project itself is focused around the sensitive restoration of a former Victorian school. Its conversion means that the town houses created combine both traditional architectural features with contemporary fixtures inside. In addition to this, new houses have also been built which are architect-designed throughout and add a modern feel that complements the character of the historic school buildings.

The development was completed in 2014 and all of the properties were sold prior to completion. The development was the winner of the prestigious RICS Pro Yorkshire Award for the Residential category in May 2015.
