Brewery Wharf

Leeds

Brewery Wharf is a pioneering development which spearheaded the renaissance of Leeds’ Waterfront and the South Bank. The comprehensively masterplanned scheme has been delivered through a series of individually-designed buildings which collate to form a distinct and vibrant creative community – of homes, workspaces, shops, leisure with a hotel, around carefully curated public spaces and open-air sculpture.

The development received wide accolade for its high quality of design and public spaces, collecting awards from the Civic Trust and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as Leeds Architecture Awards for both building and public art.

Each phase has been designed to offer something distinctive, providing variety in architectural styles as well as in accommodation. At the heart of the development is the Steeped Vessels sculpture, a stunning addition to the Leeds’ public art arena, designed by Ian Randell.
