The Waterside development demonstrates our ability to restore and revitalise historic buildings through new use and innovative design.
The historic mill complex on Kirkstall Road in Leeds has been converted into a 4,000 sq.m. office development, now occupied by a major Government department.
The restoration of the existing fabric has been complemented by new contemporary additions and a distinctive lighting scheme forms part of the public art element of the project.
This award-winning development is a fine example of the sensitive restoration of a Grade II listed building brought into an appropriate and sustainable economic use.
