Hawthorn Park - Offices - Leeds
A distinctive array of new office buildings forms the Hawthorn Park scheme in north east Leeds.
Working with the local community groups, the development has helped to widen the local employment base, attracting major companies and organisations that have benefited from the location and its excellent communications as well as the attractiveness and quality of the development.
Each building has been designed to provide self contained accommodation with its own dedicated car parking yet benefitted from a comprehensive approach to landscaping, the use of the adjacent woodland as a strong visual backdrop and a consistent architectural design theme.
