Elmete Hall - Offices - Leeds

Elmete Hall is one of the finest Grade II country houses in Leeds.
Dating from 1815 and constructed in the Italianate style, the restoration of the Hall has formed a show piece to an array of new office buildings, blending both the restoration of the old with exciting contemporary and new style development.
The Hall has been refurbished to provide two high quality stylish self-contained buildings, the Old Hall and Kitson House. The superb ‘peacock’ cupola has formed a central piece of the Old Hall restoration project.
Alongside the old, the new Nicholson House is an impressive contemporary modern building which wraps around the listed structure and tower.
Altogether the development has provided in the region of 2000 sq.m. of office accommodation.
