Brewery Wharf - Mixed Use - Leeds

Brewery Wharf is a true example of mixed use development incorporating leisure, office, retail and residential uses built to a clear and defined masterplan.
The scheme occupies a large tract of formerly developed land on the southern bank of the River Aire in Leeds.
The masterplan has provided a robust framework for the delivery of individually designed buildings and the creation of new public spaces.
The project has created a new piece of townscape within central Leeds, effectively extending the City Centre across the River Aire, and forging new and improved links to the Royal Armouries, Clarence Dock and beyond.
The materials and finishes have been selected to offer a quality which will endure over time.
The new areas of public space have provided an opportunity to introduce new pieces of public art specifically commissioned following competition.
This award-winning project has been widely acknowledged as a precedent for other mixed use brownfield regeneration development schemes in Leeds.
