Sentinel Towers - Residential - Leeds
Sentinel Towers lies to the west of Leeds City Centre.
The development spearheaded the regeneration of the locality through the provision of a student accommodation block for the University of Leeds.
The building represented one of the first examples of private bespoke student housing development in the City of Leeds, providing 250 en-suite student rooms.
Built to a tight schedule in 40 weeks, it was delivered for the University of Leeds in time for the start of the student year.
