Echo is a unique mixed use development in the eastern gateway corridor into Leeds city centre. The development blends art-inspired achitecture, green open spaces and a city centre with new living and working environments. A first phase of housing was built in partnership with Barratt Homes.

The second phase is currently under construction, with two high rise buildings; one by Rushbond and one by Barratt. The Rushbond building provides some 122 apartments with a landscaped podium, terraces and basement car parking. All apartments have been sold.

The final phase, known as EC3, is a 67,000 sq.ft. Office building with a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating.
