Bretton Hall - Mixed Use - Wakefield
Working in partnership with the City of Wakefield Metropolitan District Council and Yorkshire Sculpture Park, our proposals for the reuse and redevelopment of the Bretton Hall Estate comprise a luxury hotel and spa with office and workspace accommodation.
The Hall is a Grade II* listed building and the proposals are based on the restoration and reuse as a hotel, providing circa 100 bedrooms with associated facilities.
Yorkshire Sculpture Park is a very special place and working with our partners and the local community, a sensitive and responsive set of development proposals are being formulated to ensure a sustainable future for the Hall.
