Goodbard House, Leeds

This listed building is recognised as having special architectural and historic merit. It appears to be in the Edwardian baroque style and dates from 1905 and altered circa 1980. Polished Peterhead granite to ground floor, sandstone above, wrought-iron detail, rebuilt slate roof. It is located on the corner of King street and Infirmary street.

The Victorian building was originally designed as a hotel and shops. It is now a mixed use commercial property with Arc Inspirations occupying the ground floor operating their BOX bar concept with multi let offices to the upper floors. Planning permission has been recently granted for works to the central core, external doors and canopy and internal upgrade, enhancing the quality of the office space set within the professional services quarter of the City.
