73-75 Albion Street

Leeds

73-75 Albion Street is right in the heart of Leeds and was acquired by Rushbond in an off-the-market transaction in 2013. The property was pre-let to the Royal British Legion to offer a new public ‘pop-in’ advice and information centre in Leeds.

The Centre, which opened in 2014, offers a welcoming space for Service personnel and veterans to get practical help and advice and also for visiting members of the public to find out more about the service and activities provided by the Royal British Legion. Being in the centre of Leeds, just along from the new Trinity Shopping Centre, the transformation of the Albion Street property has provided the Legion with a central and accessible facility to serve the City and region.
