Hardwick Grange

Herald Buildings

Along beautiful Montpellier Street in Harrogate stands Herald Buildings. A look into our past

Fallowdale Homes builds on Rushbond’s long-established track record of creating distinctive places through the sensitive regeneration of heritage assets and the delivery of high-quality homes.

Notable past developments include Stonebridge Beck in Farnley, a former derelict Grade II listed mill transformed sympathetically info townhouses and cottages with contemporary new homes set within extensive green space and natural surroundings. St Leonard’s Place in York, an iconic 1830s crescent underwent a major restoration that completed in 2017 delivering five stunning townhouses and 29 luxury apartments together with a newly established mews ‘city street’ providing a further six distinctive homes.

This builds on the success of earlier communities including a transformed former Grade II listed school alongside 36 contemporary new homes at Greenhill Fold (Leeds), 39 eco homes at Bootham Green (York); exclusive heritage apartments at The Cotton Mill (Skipton), Crispin Lofts (Leeds) and 53 Great George Street (Leeds).
