Crispin Lofts is one of Leeds’ recent success stories. It took just one year to transform this stalled development scheme from a development opportunity into a stunning collection of apartments, built specifically for the rental market. Before we stepped in to complete the job, the building had sat in a semi-developed state for more than 10 years.
Some 84 fully furnished apartments have been created within a building which lies at the heart of the City Centre’s emerging Northern Quarter, at the corner of North Street and New York Road. The development has also provided a leisure opportunity, with the international chain Brewdog opening a new craft beer bar. The area has a strong sense of local community, typified by the fantastic array of shops, bars, eating places and local businesses in the locality.
