Looking after our stock, River House in York enjoys TLC.

River House in York is one of the most beautiful historic buildings in the city centre. It as originally constructed in 1868 as The Yorkshire Club. This is a much loved, cherished asset within our portfolio and we do our best to ensure its in tip top condition by regularly maintaining the building both inside and out.

Recent works have been carried out as part of our sensitive ongoing maintenance and custodianship of this important historic building whereby redecoration was for the existing windows and rainwater goods.

Works were carried out by talented craftsmen at Pinnacle Conservation Limited who also skilfully regilded the Gold lettering on the buildings exterior.

The building is currently occupied by Pizza Express and Savills.
